What is Green Tea Extract?

Green tea extract is, not surprisingly, a supplement that is derived from natural green tea leaves. Green tea, or camellia sinensis, is jam packed full of healthy and natural ingredients that have been proven to provide a whole host of benefits for the human body. For example, it is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, caffeine, vitamins, and minerals. Green Tea Extract VS Green Coffee Bean Extract

Although similar in name, and in ingredients, green tea extract and green coffee bean extract are two very different supplements. Green tea for example, is a thermogenic compound which has been found to increase core body temperatures, and therefore help boost the metabolism. Green coffee bean extract can block the release of glucose, forcing the body to burn off body fat as a primary source of energy. Combine the two together, and you have one heck of a powerful and potent fat burning stack.

Potential side effects

As with all supplements, always consult your doctor before using any new product, and discontinue usage if you experience any adverse side effects. This supplement is not suitable for people with heart issues, who are sensitive to caffeine, or pregnant and breastfeeding women.
