How to use your gift card online:
- Select the products that you want to order and add them to your Cart.
- When you are ready to place the order and redeem a gift card, simply go to the Checkout Page and enter your individual code in the "Vouchers" box and click ok. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order.
IMPORTANT: Shipping is Free on gift cards when your order only contains gift cards. Gift cards do not count towards free shipping over $99. Canadian Protein gift cards are only redeemable online on our website. Not redeemable for cash. Not a credit or debit card. Always keep your gift card in a safe place as it is NOT REFUNDABLE if lost, stolen or damaged. Terms and conditions subject to change without notice.

Question: my son uses your protein products. I'd like to purchase a gift card for him. Do I need to set up a profile / account? and if I earn any points, can I transfer them to him? Thank you. |
Answer: Hi Sandy, in order to be awarded the points for a purchase you must have an account. Also, if you wish to transfer the points you can email us with both accounts and let us know which account you want the points added to. |
