will accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30
days of purchase and must be in their original packaging or we have sent
the wrong product.
Canadian Protein.com is not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.
We cannot accept returns based on taste, consistency, or appearance.
In the event an incorrect product was sent and you have decided to
consume and/or take a portion of this product and this product is
shipped back to us this product will be deemed non-refundable. In the
case of protein powder we will accept 30 grams missing as this is the
approximate amount of 1 scoop or 1 serving, however, we will not accept
anymore missing product than 30 grams if the incorrect product was sent.
Upon Canadian Protein.com receiving incorrect product back, we will then ship the correct product.
