What is Omega 3-6-9?
Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fatty acids that contain Omega 3 most
importantly that is made up of eicosapentaenoic
acid
(EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Omega-3 are essential fatty acids used by the
body for processes such as brain function and growth and development. While you
may be able to get enough Omega-3 through diet alone supplementing with Omega-3
can help to attain enough EPA, and DHA to promote general health in many
profound ways. Omega-6 fatty acids are essential fats that are found in leafy
vegetables and nuts mainly and do not need extra supplementation unless on a
diet low in fat. Omega-9 fats contain stearic acid and oleic acids and are
deemed to be non-essential fats because they are produced in the body. When
Omega-3, and Omega-6 levels are too low the body often attempts to compensate
for this by using up Omega-9 fats thus supplementing with an Omega 3-6-9 is
important because it is a precise ratio of all types of omegas. Omega-3’s have
been proven to reduce inflammation in the body and joints, and drastically
lower the risk of heart problems, arthritis, and cancer. Omega-3 are essential
supplements for anyone with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes,
depression, arthritis, and many other diseases. Supplementing with an Omega
3-6-9 can promote overall wellness and prevention from most common diseases.
Our blend of Omegas contains 1200mg in total of Omegas in a precise ratio.

Benefits?
Muscle Building- Most of Omega 3-6-9 benefits are derived from Omega-3
alone. Omega-3 can allow one to build muscle and recovery more efficiently.
Omega-3 reduces inflammation in muscles especially when training frequently
which can lead to better recovery. Also omega-3 can improve blood circulation
to promote a healthy cardiovascular system to allow proper blood flow to the
muscles. Omega-3 have shown to be anti-catabolic meaning they help to maintain
muscle tissue while allowing fat loss.
Fat Loss- Studies show that Omega-3 supplementation can lead to fat loss
by increasing the rate of lipolysis in the body. Omega-3 acts on key enzymes in
the body to improve cell membrane fluidity to allow more fat to be released
from the cell to be burned off. Omega-3 are shown to raise UCP (uncoupling
proteins) which causes a increase in cellular energy in the form of heat. This
heat raises the body thermogenisis rates to increase lipolysis (fat burning).
General Health- Omega-3 are great for preventing disease and improving
mind and body function. Research has
shown Omega-3 can affect the mind by: improving neural function, reduce
symptoms such as depression/anxiety/mood disorders, boost memory, and increase
energy levels and concentration. Within the body the physical benefits of
Omega-3 include: improved heart health, reduced blood pressure, reduced
cholesterol/triglycerides, regulates blood sugar, reduced inflammation and
joint pain, improve cardiovascular system, and improve eye health. A body of research also suggests they can reduce the
risks of certain types of cancers.
