What is Glucosamine Sulfate?
Glucosamine Sulfate is a naturally occurring substance in the body made
up of glucose and the amino acid glutamine. It is used to repair cartilage and
other tissues in the human body. As we age levels of glucosamine go down
therefore joint pain may occur. Joint pain may also occur from wear and tear on
the joints from weight training thus supplementing with extra glucosamine in
form of glucosamine sulfate (sulfate being simply a carrier for the glucosamine)

therefore it must be taken for a minimum of 2 months before users report

1500mg/day and individuals with 200+ lbs bodyweight find 2000mg best. Taking
glucosamine for a long duration of time is necessary and most effective at
reducing joint problems.
