What is Creatine Ethyl Ester?

Creatine Ethyl ester is a new form of creatine monohydrate with an ethyl ester attached to the chemical chain. The added ester causes many additional benefits to basic creatine monohydrate. It has been shown in theory to increase the half life of the creatine in the body by resisting the uptake of creatine into skeletal muscle by skipping the creatine transporter to allow for a longer period of time in the body. This change is said to make ethyl ester much more bio-available for skeletal muscle to uptake causing a better regeneration of ATP. Higher rates of ATP would allow greater increases in muscle mass, strength, and power over the basic creatine monohydrate. The other added benefit of the ethyl ester is it can cause less water retention and bloating then basic monohydrate because of its increased absorption rates.

How to take Creatine Ethyl Ester?

Creatine Ethyl Ester may be taken by healthy male or females looking to improve athletic physical performance. It has been shown to provide the full positive effects when taken 30-60 minutes pre workout at a dose of 2.5g or (approximately half a tsp.). It is best absorbed and utilized with 12-16 oz of water.

What to stack it with?

Creatine Ethyl Ester is best stacked with beta alanine, BCAA’s, and AAKG. Combining these ingredients in there respective doses can be used for a powerful pre workout anabolic booster. Creatine Ethyl Ester can be used on its own but when stacked with BCAA’s it can effective at improving performance and inducing much greater gains in muscle mass.
