Each Flavour Pack will flavour and sweeten approximately one pound (1lb.) of unflavoured and unsweetened protein whether it be Micellar Casein, 100% Premium Isolate, 100% Isolate, Premium Blend, Bulk Ultra Grade Whey Blend,or Whey Concentrate.
Directions: in general we suggest using 1-3grams per 30gram serving depending upon your desired taste. If you enjoy a stronger more rich tasting protein shake include more and if you enjoy a weaker taste include less.
